Implemented basic ship control for xmas update. I barely got it done. So there are only PC and WebGL builds for the moment. I also wanted to look more into some issues with the Linux build before doing this again.
Added manual flap control. However, I need to spend some more time on the simulation. So for the moment they don't do much, yet, besides looking cool :D
Also fixed some issues with the raptor engines and made some tweaks. The gimbaling looks much better now.
